REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your purchase when it arrives but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us at info@PaintParty.UK for assistance and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted-

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, credit card or PayPal account again.
We would also advise you to contact your credit card company, bank or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund shows on your account.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@PaintParty.UK  and will will provide you with a return address and further details.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should post it to the return address provided, retaining proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should use a trackable postal service, or purchase postage insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
